For website account access, account deletion or questions about your personal data, email oshna@hellooshna.com. Please write from the email address associated with your account, when possible.
Tell us whether your request concerns your Oshna website account, launch email subscription, or UchiYaz. These services are separate.
We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. Do not send your password or payment card details.
To stop launch emails, use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact us. Deleting your website account does not automatically cancel a separate app subscription.
